Before you create ticket for our Technical Support, please, make sure that your deposit exists in the explorer and has the required number of confirmations.
Please note that, sometimes deposits might get delayed and take longer than usual.
The ticket for our Technical Support Team is required ONLY when the deposit did not appear in the system for more than 3-4 hours.
Depending on the blockchain, overload of the network and number of miners processing the transactions or various other causes the deposit process may take approximately 30-60 minutes.
To make a deposit you should login to your personal account using your registration data.
Then, go to your Profile to Balance menu.
- Use searching field to find the deposit currencies.
To make the deposit find the required currency, click on "deposit" , and generate address of your wallet by clicking on 'show me the deposit address'.
Some currencies require payment ID to be deposited.
There is a payment ID/destination tag/memo/message required for several currencies. Users often forget to provide it or use the wrong one while making the deposit.
Transactions without payment ID/destination tag/memo/message cannot be credited. In this case, you should contact the support team.
Also, you can use QR code to deposit your coins to your STEX wallet.
One of the most common deposit errors is when the user deposits coins to the wrong coin type address. Please, be attentive while filling in the deposit address field.
The failure to understand these guidelines will lead to deposit loss without reimbursement.
WARNING: USDT (Tether) is a crypto asset and not US Dollars. Please, do not attempt to deposit USD to your USDT deposit address.
You can track the deposit process in deposit history and after it gets the required number of confirmations on the blockchain the coins will be sent to your wallet and show in the Balance menu of your Profile.
