API 2 is limited by 240 requests for any endpoint in one minute per one IP address.
You may send either 240 different requests in one single minute, or 240 requests of one type - it is up to you.
If your application will exceed this rate limit it will be  blocked and will only obtain 429 error response, so please be careful.

You can control the number of requests sent by looking into the response headers:

X-RateLimit-Limit: 240 - shows the limit settings

X-RateLimit-Remaining: 239 - shows the remaining amount of requests you can send until next minute.
As soon as you reaches the limit the HTTP 429 response will be sent back to you with the following header:

x-ratelimit-reset: 1552633604 - the timestamp when the limit is going to be reset.

Please respect these limitations and handle the api responses properly.

What to do if I want/need to send more requests

If you think 240 requests is too low limit for you, please upgrade to our API v3. It provides more granular settings of the API ratelimiting plus it allows the websocket subscriptions that make just one request and then can obtain desired data instantly without any additional request.
